André Chiang Event

Welcome to the André Chiang @ Het Bosch-page. Het Bosch welcomed Singapore-super-chef André Chiang last March 11 and 12 to cook his "Ocraphilosophy-menu" for selected guests, chefs and press.  Ferry van Houten and (Masterchef) Alain Caron hosted the event, in cooperation with Harold Hamersma and Bacchantes wines of Gilles Faelens.
